Social media is an opportunity to create conversations vs. push promos + marketing messages.

In  class, we will explore the recipe for successful use of social media to add value to hotel guests and destination visitors.  But first, some preparation for the in class exercise.

    • Restuarant = 3
    • Event = depends on size of attendence, e.g. concert
  • How would you make it 'share-worthy'

    • Listening post
  • Technically - make it seamless to share - example add this
  • How would you measure results?
  • What # would you use?
