- Talk a bit about HX-Hospitality; how human to human is key + how guest experiences should be enhanced by digital.
- Create your blog for all your work for this course
- I recommend a separate Gmail account for this course/CMH work
- We will use a number of Google tools and other platforms, it will save you from getting junk mail in your primary email account.
- I recommend Blogger to create your blog. You can set up the admin part (your work access) in your native language
